Have you seen the latest news in Frisco, TX? Local Profile recently published a beautiful feature titled “Frisco Welcomes Young Artist Music School With Innovative Early Childhood Program,” and we could not be more honored by the warm reception. We are thrilled that the publication recognized how a dedicated music school in Frisco can transform early education right here in our community. We believe every family deserves access to a premier program that prioritizes joyful, research-based discovery.
Making Headlines with “Instrument Explorers”
The article shines a spotlight on our founder, Polish pianist and educator Eva Brandys, and her mission to bring a revolutionary approach to early childhood music education to Frisco, TX. As her third North Texas location, our new studio is making waves with the Instrument Explorers with Mimi and Dodo program.
Instead of forcing a young child (ages 2–5) to commit to one instrument, our curriculum places all 21 instruments of a full symphony orchestra directly into their hands. From cellos and clarinets to the marimba and harp, young learners get to explore strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion before they even reach kindergarten. This allows parents to identify their child’s natural coordination and interests without the guesswork!
Brain Development and Community Outreach
Local Profile also highlighted the deep developmental science behind our programs. Consistent musical exposure before age five strengthens neural pathways connected to memory, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. But we aren’t just here to build smarter kids; we are here to build a stronger Collin County community.
If you have an unused orchestra instrument at home, you can donate it to Young Artist Music School. As a thank-you for helping us expand music education access, you will receive a complimentary class!
