Dr. Ray Behdar is a passionate singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who discovered his love for music at the young age of 7. His musical journey is deeply influenced by his Persian heritage and multicultural upbringing, giving his voice a rich, timeless quality that resonates with both traditional and modern styles.

With a deep appreciation for the power of music as a universal language, Dr. Ray speaks five languages and plays seven instruments, allowing him to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. He believes that music should be an inspiring, joyful experience for students of all ages, helping them build confidence, express themselves, and develop a lifelong love for the arts.

As a dedicated educator, Dr. Ray aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment in his classes, where each student feels valued and encouraged to explore their unique musical talents. He believes that every student has a musical voice waiting to be discovered, and he is committed to guiding them on their creative journey.

Outside of music, Dr. Ray is a practicing doctor with over 15 years of experience in Dallas, Texas, and a talented Persian miniature artist. However, his greatest inspiration comes from his two beautiful daughters, who constantly remind him of the importance of creativity, family, and the joy of making music together.
